If you’ve ever found yourself a little confused over some of the terms we use on social media or in email, you’re not alone! That’s why we’ve created a fun & fab glossary of all the JF terms and what they really mean.
As a VIP, you can log into your account anytime between the 1st and the 5th of each month and click the “Skip The Month” button to avoid being charged the $39.95 membership fee.
VIP credits accrue if you forget to “skip the month” and thus are charged the $39.95 membership fee. This fee then becomes a credit that’s saved in your account for you to use at any time.
This is where all of the points you’ve earned can be found. For each dollar you spend you earn 25 points, and for each product review you leave you will earn 20 points. These points are saved in your fund and can be redeemed for free goodies!
Earn a $20 credit when you enter a friend’s email referring them to shop. Once they’ve made a purchase and become a VIP, the credit is yours.
This refers to anyone who has made a JustFab purchase, which automatically enrolls them in the VIP program.
This refers to our best-selling styles that are available at a lower price point.
