In case you didn’t already know, we’re pretty obsessed with our VIPs and we like to take advantage of every opportunity to engage with them. That’s why our Meet The VIP events are some of our favorites to plan!
The swanky soiree took place here at our JustFab headquarters where we sipped on some bubbly, nibbled on delicious hors-d’oeuvres, and got to know some of our fabulous members. A bubbly bar, hosted by Mezza di Mezzacorona, was pouring rose, champagne and a signature JustFab cocktail created for the eventThe goal for these events is always to gain feedback and insight on how our VIPs are interacting with the website, what their shopping experience is like, what they think of the product, etc. This information is invaluable to us, and we use this feedback to improve ourselves as a brand.
We had a roundtable-style discussion where each table would discuss various aspects of the brand and our members would give their honest feedback. Following the discussion, members enjoyed the plethora of fun activity stations we had set up. A customizable fragrance bar courtesy of Define Me blended up perfume for members and provided a stunning floral butterfly backdrop for the ultimate selfie. There was a photobooth, (because if it isn’t on the Gram, did it even happen?) a custom scent bar where everyone could customize their own perfumes, and lastly, a station where members got to preview and try on the upcoming collection!
The event was a complete success. As a brand, we came back with plenty of helpful advice and insight, and our members had an amazing time. And let’s not forget, every VIP left with a $50 gift card for participating! (Talk about a win-win!) We genuinely look forward to meeting more VIPs in the future!
