Not only are the Grammy Awards chock full of talent … but the fashion and style just can’t be beat. We love all the risks celebs take on the red carpet for this awards show every year, and this year was no different. Take a look at some of the trends that jumped out at us this year—and get a little fashion inspiration for yourself, too!
SHOW OFF YOUR ASSETS
Cleavage, cleavage and a little more cleavage … the triangular-shaped center cutout was THE detail to watch on the red carpet this year. Carrie Underwood went for a glistening bright red gown with bell sleeves and a deep center slit. Demi Lovato’s crocheted confection had a boho-meets-glam vibe. And Jennifer Lopez had a purple reign in a flowing lavender gown with ruffled shoulder and her traditional deep leg slit. We love that these ladies dared to bare!
Guess what, J.Lo? We are in LOVE with your entire look! Take a cue from her metallic shoes and step into a right-on-trend pair of holographic stilettos like the Nimora—you’re sure to reach new heights with these color-changing stunners.
(NOT SO) LONELY TEARDROPS
Demi Lovato was a true golden goddess from head to toe. And it started with her oversized teardrop earrings. A pair like our Shape Up is an easy yet chic way to totally grab attention no matter what.
When Carrie Underwood goes glam, she really works it. Get a little glam yourself with a strappy metallic heel like the Doris—this slenderizing silhouette works with everything from skinny jeans to leg-baring minis.
GREEN WITH ENVY
There’s really no better color to welcome in spring than rich, gorgeous green. We’re loving how this shade turned up on the red carpet, especially since every celeb had a totally different take on the hue! Adele flattered her figure in a crisscrossing, pleated design of rich olive. Celine Dion positively glittered in a down-to-there and up-to-there, sash-tied concoction of sparkling kelly green. And Tori Kelly reached for ruffles in an off-the-shoulder forest green number. No matter how you slice it, these are some gorgeous green goddesses.
Tori Kelly knows that a strappy gold heel takes any outfit up a notch—and her ruffled green gown got a little extra pizazz! Give any look the gold standard with a strappy gold heel like the Rosey.
