Pumpkin Spice Recipes to Try Now

‘Tis the season! Let’s face it: there’s no better time to enjoy everyone’s favorite cold-weather treat – pumpkin spice!  And while Starbucks’ most-loved iteration can be pretty convenient every now and then, it’s always fun to whip up some of these spicy, frothy drinks in the comfort of your own home.  So hit the kitchen, grab your bestie or boo, and curl up by the fire with one of the tasty Pumpkin Spice Recipes below. Oh, and don’t you dare skip the whip!

Pumpkin Spice Iced Tea

Just because the weather’s cooler, doesn’t mean you have to say ‘see ya!” to refreshing drinks. This spicy and thirst-quenching iced tea is not only super-tasty, but it’s also absolutely addictive. Let us know what you think – we know you’ll be obsessed.

You’ll Need:
3 cups pumpkin puree
2 cinnamon sticks
4 whole cloves
1 ½ cups of sugar
2 cups boiling water
6 cups cold water
1 dash cinnamon

What to do:
Grab a plastic pitcher and combine the sugar, hot water, cinnamon, cloves, and pumpkin puree. Cook on the top of your stove for 35 minutes. Pour all of the ingredients through a strainer. Add cold water. Serve over ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Perfectly spicy, this creamy latte not only boasts ah-mazing pumpkin flavor, but it’s guaranteed to make your abode smell like the holidays in mere seconds. Be sure to enjoy it with a healthy portion of whipped cream.

You’ll Need:
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus a little extra for garnish
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons high-quality vanilla extract
2 cups whole milk
1 shot espresso
Your favorite whipped cream

What to do:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook the pumpkin ingredients for around 3 minutes. Stir constantly. Then, add the sugar and stir until the mixture looks like a bubbly thick syrup. Whisk in the milk and vanilla extract. Warm gently over medium heat and make sure it doesn’t boil over. Process the milk mixture with a hand blender until frothy and blended. Make the espresso and divide it between the 2 mugs. Add the frothed milk. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Pumpkin Spice Martini

You didn’t think we’d forget a cocktail version, right?! Fun, flirty, and extra-delicious, this spicy cocktail is perfect for holiday gatherings or nights at home. It’s thick, creamy and made to enjoy year-round. Delish!

What you’ll need:
1.5 fluid ounces of vanilla flavored vodka
1.5 fluid ounces Bailey’s
1.5 fluid ounces Pumpkin Flavored Liqueur
1 cup crushed iced cubes
1 dash of cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick

What to do:
Pour the liqueurs into a cocktail shaker over the ice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker is a little frosty. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Add the dash of cinnamon and nutmeg, then finish with a cinnamon stick.
