Valentine’s Day most definitely makes it on my favorite holiday list. Love is in the air and getting a little festive is easier than you think. We partnered with Nail Garden, to create a super cute and sweet nail art design for Vday. See the full tutorial below.
Pick up the supplies below at your local beauty store.
Supplies Needed:
First, apply 2 even coats of white polish to your ring finger. Apply two coats of red polish to the rest of your nails. (Tip: Allow each coat to fully dry before applying the second coat)
Next, with your detail brush carefully draw a heart on each ring finger. Keep in mind the heart does not have to be even. You can see my heart is a little uneven, I personally love it as it adds a little personality to the design. 🙂
Finally, dip your detail brush in the clear nail polish and lightly dip it in the gold glitter. Next, use the brush to apply the glitter from the base of your nail about half way up. The goal is to lightly sprinkle the glitter on your nails. Take your time with this step and repeat the process for each nail minus your ring finger.
Almost done, just wait for everything to fully dry for about 5-10 minutes and apply your clear polish for that extra shine that will take this design to the next level.
Just like that, you’ve mastered a beautiful nail design. Mix up the colors if you want and add your own personal touch. Wishing you all an extra special Valentine’s Day filled with love!
