There’s no doubt about it, winter is my favorite season! I just love everything about winter- the brisk weather, beautiful snowfall and best of all, the freedom to add sparkles to just about everything, including my nails!
This year, I’m kicking off my excitement for my favorite season with a set of perfectly polished holiday nails, approved by Frosty the Snowman himself! This holiday nail design is super simple. Just turn up your favorite holiday jam and get polishing.
Here’s the list of polishes and tools you’ll need:
Clear base coat
Silver glitter polish
White polish
Black polish
Blue polish (or any color you want to use for the snowman’s scarf)
Orange polish
Detail Nail Brushes with various widths (you’ll need a very tiny one for the snowman eyes and nose)
Top coat
Then, follow the step-by-step guide below:
Snowman Nail Design:
Apply clear base coat and let dry.
Apply silver glitter polish and let dry.
Using the white polish, create two circles near the tip of your nails. Let dry.
Using the black nail polish, outline a small hat. Draw two tiny dots for the eyes. Draw three tiny dots for the buttons. Let dry.
Using the blue nail polish, draw in a scarf in between the two white circles. Let dry.
Using the orange nail polish, draw in a tiny nose on the snowman’s face. Let dry.
Apply top coat for a shiny finish.
Snowfall Nail Design:
Apply clear base coat and let dry.
Apply silver glitter polish and let dry.
Using the white polish, outline a slanted line near the tip of your nail and fill in with white polish. Draw in tiny white dots on the opposite side of your nail. Let dry.
Apply top coat for a shiny finish.
Hooray, your nails are holiday perfect!
