My favorite part about the fall season is being able to wear cozy knits and long trench coats. The versatility alone is just one of the many reasons to love sweater weather. You can layer it on, dress it up or down, and feel completely seasonally appropriate no matter what you’re doing or where you’re going.
A personal fave of mine is this long trench coat; the easy silhouette can be elevated when paired with a wide metal belt. To really glam it up, I went all out with accessorizing! A large cuff makes it completely sophisticated while a sleek clutch gives it a sort of urban-like feel. It’s the perfect way to dress up a trench coat. Add your favorite pair of heels and you’re ready to take the town.
When it comes to wearing sweaters this season, you can change things up a bit and go for a dressier look. My favorite thing to pair a cold shoulder sweater with is a ribbed sweater skirt and a pair of black booties. Knit-on-knit is big and wearing this combo is perfect for day or night. It’s a nice little switch up from the usual jeans and sweater go-to outfit.
