Hamsa here! I’m the Art Director at JustFab and I’m taking over the blog today to give you a behind the scene’s look at an incredible new project in the works at JustFab.
In case you didn’t know, JustFab is a global brand – we have offices all over the world, including Germany, Spain, France, The Netherlands, The UK…and more! But the truth is that these incredible fashion destinations don’t get the love and exposure they deserve, so we set out to change that.
Last month, I travelled to France with an amazing team of JustFab stylists, photographers and producers to shoot a new campaign entitled, “Taking The World By Style.” This campaign is JustFab’s foray onto the global scene and will be infused within everything you see for a while to come. We are, after all, a global fashion brand and because of that we want to be able to show you where some of the world’s most incredible fashion is born and where we get our inspiration. And quite frankly, there was no better place to kick off the campaign than in the fashion capitol of the world – Paris!
Paris is pure magic, and it’s hard not to be inspired here. The bold city lights and the lush, green gardens. The people, the architecture, the landmarks. And, of course, the distinct Parisian style.
Seriously, the day-to-day dressing here is just stunning – so classically chic, but bold at the same time. It truly is a place unlike any other and you’ll see how perfect of a backdrop it was for highlighting our new winter collections. In fact, the styles and looks you’ll be shopping in the next few months were not only inspired by this gorgeous city, they were born from true Parisian fashion as their guide.
We shot in front of the Eiffel Tower, and on the Pont Alexandre III bridge. We were on location at Notre-Dame and the Louvre. We walked throughout the gardens of the Grand Palais des Champs-Elysees and captured imagery there, too. And we didn’t just shoot models – we captured real, local French bloggers who love, and wear, JustFab, too.
In fact, over the course of a short week, we told countless fashion stories in film, shooting more than 13,000 images and hundreds of behind-the-scenes videos. And we did it all for you!
Stay tuned for what’s to come this winter – some incredible inspiration, and amazing new fashion, in the coming months. I’m sure you’ll recognize a few French landmarks here and there and, when you do, you’ll know that the styles you’re shopping and loving are, quite literally, putting you on the global fashion map.

Hamsa has always had a knack for art and the creative world, from fashion and style to technology and advertising. In fact, she won her first art contest when she was only 5 years old! By profession, Hamsa is not a writer (rather, she has been the Art Director here at JustFab for the last 3 1/2 years where she oversees the entire creative department with our Creative Director) but she often loves to blog about her travel experiences and the places that inspire her. In her free time, Hamsa is a die-hard 49ers fan who loves to travel to exotic countries, and embrace her middle eastern roots via new recipes in the kitchen!
