While the times may have changed, this is ONE summer tradition we refuse to let go. S’mores are simply delish and they represent everything that’s awesome about summer. Flashbacks of your first summer-love, recollections of cozy beach bonfires with your besties, and memories of that one time at band-camp ALL come flooding in when you bite into these crunchy, gooey treats.
So to keep up with tradition and in honor of National S’mores Day, we had our very own fancy s’mores cookout at our headquarters in El Segundo. Instead of a cozy bonfire, cooking was handled in the kitchen microwave (probably better than roasting over an open fire: goodbye, burnt marshmallows).

Follow these basic steps for all S’more recipes below:
Cookies & Cream + Strawberries
Ingredients: cookies & cream chocolate, strawberries, marshmallows and graham crackers
Banana + Chocolate Covered Macadamia nuts (The Macka-S’more)
Ingredients: macadamia nut chocolate, bananas, marshmallows and graham crackers
Hazlenut Chocolate + Granny Smith Apple
Ingredients: hazelnut chocolate, green Apples, marshmallows and graham crackers
Green tea white chocolate (loved it by itself)
Ingredients: green tea white chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers
