The Easiest 30 Minute Lunchtime Workout

Let’s be real, fitting a workout into your busy schedule can be tricky, especially during the holidays. Well if you want to stay fit, healthy and feel great, you only need 30 minutes to get toned! What better time to work on your fitness than lunchtime? You can workout at the office, just find an open space, empty conference room, hit a nearby gym or even outside. Complete this half hour circuit and you’ll have enough time to freshen up and enjoy a healthy lunch, talk about a power lunch!

What to prep in advance:

1. Travel size items- Because we all know anything travel size is super cute!

  • Deodorant
  • mascara
  • dry shampoo
  • face wipes

2. Workout gear

  • Headband
  • top
  • bottoms
  • sports bra
  • socks
  • shoes
  • towel
  • water bottle

Workout:

  • Do a quick warm up with 60-80 jumping jacks
  • Begin with 5-10 push ups
  • 25-50 crunches
  • Plank for 30 seconds to 1 minute
  • 25-50 squats
  • 25-50 lunges
  • Repeat 3 times.
