Let’s face it, we all need a little pampering from time to time, and what better time to do so than on National Relaxation Day?! I have two fabulous DIY face masks and scrub recipes to share. I promise you’ll instantly feel refreshed, relaxed and pampered. Check out the affordable and all-natural ingredient list after the jump.
Coco-Lime Hand & Foot Scrub: This is my ultimate favorite hand and foot scrub! I use it daily and absolutely love it! The citrus scent of the lime and sweet coconut will make you feel like you’ve escaped to paradise! It’s so simple to make and you’ll have plenty left over for later.
What you’ll need:
Melt the coconut oil in the microwave for a few seconds, and mix it with the sugar in a large bowl. Squeeze half a lime into the large bowl and add the lime zest. Once everything is mixed well, store in a sealed container. Apply the scrub to damp hands and/or feet, or your entire body. Take time to thoroughly massage the scrub on your skin. Rinse off, and enjoy the glorious feeling of your silky skin!
Second, we have an amazing Caffeine Lovers Face Mask; you’ll love it as much as your morning cup of joe!
What you’ll need:
Mix the coffee and cocoa powder together in a bowl. Next, add the yogurt until you have a smooth paste. Then, pour the honey into the bowl and mix well. Apply the mask to a clean face and neck. The mask will feel very cool and refreshing as you apply it to your skin. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water and gently massage your skin to exfoliate. Your skin will feel revitalized and oh so fabulous!

Lastly, we have a delicious Honey and Papaya Face Mask; it’s so sweet you might want some for dessert!
What you’ll need:
Make sure the papaya keeps cool by storing it in the fridge prior to mixing the ingredients. In a bowl mash up the papaya and mix with the honey. Apply the mask to your clean face and neck. Relax and leave the mask on for about 20-25 minutes. Rinse with warm water and enjoy your beautiful glow!
