We dub this the “Amazing Skin Shake”, because after we tried it, we instantly felt more beautiful inside and out.

Power Players:

Vitamin A and E (converted from Beta-carotene): Fight premature aging,  reduce the production of acne causing sebum, prevent rough, dry skin.

Vitamin B Complex: Promotes blood circulation throughout the body and help deliver nutrients to skin cells, regulate hormone production and combats stress, prevent dry cracked skin, eczema and pigmentation problems.

Vitamin C: Building compound of collagen, which gives skin elasticity.

Silica: Maintain nails, hair and skin health, and produce collagen.

Zinc: Needed to reduce inflammation and the effects of scarring.

Handful of Spinach

1 Carrot

1 Banana

1 cup of Orange juice

1 cup of green peas or soy beans soaked for 1 hour (pick your poison)


Process through your juicer, or if you don’t have a juicer, blend all ingredients in a blender, and use a nut milk bag to strain out the fiber. For those with little time, just blend with ice and drink as a smoothie.
