Pro Tip: If you don’t have a juicer, then bring out your blender and purchase affordable nut milk bags.
The “Green Juice”
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients into your blender and mix with a little bit of water. The water helps mix everything together, but shouldn’t change the consistency. Once everything is well mixed, use the nut bag to drain the juice out of the mixture. The pouch will catch the fiber. Take some time to really squeeze the juice out! And voila, your glass is full.
Pineapple, Apple and Mint Refresher
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Use the same preparation steps for P.A.M, as you would use for Green Juice. The only extra thing to note here, is that too much mint is not a good thing. It can overpower the other two ingredients, so add it to taste.
Root Vegetables Juice
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Use the same preparation steps for R.V. Juice, as you would use for Green Juice.
The Sweet and Filling Cashew Milk Juice
Ingredients:
Preparation:
This “milk” is a great source of fat and protein, but takes some additional preparation. Soak the nuts in water for about eight hours. This will make them pliable for the blender. Blend all the ingredients together, following the steps used for Green Juice. For this particular juice, you can skip the draining process, if you are open to drinking it smoothie style!
