Happy Peach Month Fabshionistas! August is peach month and what better way to celebrate than with something that’s refreshing and boozy all-in-one. A few months ago I went on a trip to New York and on my first night there we went to a rooftop bar that had yummy boozy popsicle cocktails. I grabbed my inspiration from that and decided to make my own! I present you the Peach Mimosa Popsicle Cocktail.

My younger sister recently became engaged and to celebrate she hosted an outdoor party with our family and her new in-laws. It was a perfectly warm day for an outdoor event and to top if off, her in-laws had the most delicious cocktails ready to go. After taking a big sip, I immediately asked her fiance what was in them and was pleasantly surprised to hear they used tequila since it’s not usually my libation of choice…especially on hot Summer days! I was amazed how the flavor was so refreshing and light that I couldn’t get enough. It was similar to a Paloma but with a fruity/spicy twist!
