This look is simple yet chic, and is perfect for a day on the beach or lunch out to sea.

Ali McGraw sported red and white stripes while falling into forbidden love in the romantic 1970’s movie, Love Story.  Navy and red striped shorts paired with the silver Akira flat and the Montage red tote work perfectly together for a cute look. Sport it for an outdoor lunch date or to stroll around shopping.

During the 1980s film Summer Lovers, Daryl Hannah walked along the exotic, white sand beaches of Santorini, Greece in strappy sandals.  The tan Makenna banded wedge is a great accessory for any island vacation and will cause you to crave your own flirty summer love.

The black and white striped sleeveless shirtdress puts a modern spin on the nautical outfit worn by the classically beautiful style icon, Audrey Hepburn. Embody this look by wearing a black and white striped shirt paired with a white short to create perfect summertime fashion.
