Today, we are announcing an exciting agreement to bring together JustFab and ShoeDazzle under one organization, creating the world’s largest fashion subscription e-commerce company. JustFab and ShoeDazzle will continue to operate as two separate brands.
Many of you might have questions regarding how this will impact your JustFab membership and shopping experience. The merger will not affect the JustFab brand. The high quality products and shopping experience you know and love from JustFab will continue. We’ve created the Q&A below to address immediate concerns you may have.

Why is JustFab merging with ShoeDazzle?
We are creating one of the world’s largest and fastest growing fashion e-commerce companies with this merger, which will result in significant scale and operational synergies. This merger will further accelerate international and category expansion plans, and help us build a truly global, multi-brand lifestyle fashion company.
How will this merger affect my shopping experience with JustFab?
The shopping experience and high quality products you know and love from JustFab will not be impacted or changed. We look forward to continuing to bring you great styles at great prices.
Will JustFab and ShoeDazzle have the same membership model?
JustFab and ShoeDazzle will operate as two separate companies – including separate membership programs, billing, credits and rewards programs.
If you are a member of JustFab, will you automatically be a member of ShoeDazzle?
JustFab and ShoeDazzle will operate as two separate companies, so you will not be automatically enrolled into ShoeDazzle’s VIP membership program (or vice versa).
If we are a member of both companies, can we apply our rewards points and credits to either brand?
Because JustFab and ShoeDazzle will be operating as two separate companies – including separate billing, credits and rewards programs – you will not be able to apply your JustFab rewards points and credits for ShoeDazzle purchases (or vice versa).
Will both product lines have the same return policy?
JustFab and ShoeDazzle will be operating as two separate companies, with their own return and exchange policies. Each brand will handle its own returns, shipping and billing separately. Please contact the member services team for the brand from which you purchased for specific questions about your return or exchange.
Will my JustFab and ShoeDazzle orders ship in the same package? Can I combine shipping costs for both orders?
Not at this time. JustFab and ShoeDazzle are operating as two separate companies as it relates to billing and shipping.
Can I combine returns into the same package?
Not at this time. JustFab and ShoeDazzle will be operating as two separate brands, so please keep your returns and exchanges exclusive to the brand in which they come from. Please contact the member services team for the brand from which you purchased for specific questions about your return or exchange.
