First of all, I love Topshop, and I love going out to fashion events. So of course when I was invited to a dinner hosted by Sir Philip Green, you’re damn right I’m going to attend. I had no idea what to expect other than it being your typical fashion soiree with a step-and-repeat, loads of celebrities and camera flashes everywhere.
JustFab Style Correspondent Daisy Lewellyn chatted with fashion insiders and pros about how they managed to look fabulous and feel fresh while going to 7 days of more than 100 fashion shows and 200 after parties during New York Fashion Week. As a Style Expert, I do a lot of makeover and television segments helping women just like you, yes you, look and feel better about yourself. My most recent segment was all about sexy girls with curves galore. I brought a full-on fashion show – I’m talking celebrity hair stylists and makeup artists, lashes (lots of lashes!) and fun clothes – to CBS’s The Couch. Check out the video from the fashion show, which features a few must-have fall trends for girls with curves, and a few fun behind-the-scenes pics, too!
There is no denying that booties are having their moment this season! Lucky for me, my wardrobe has plenty of room for flat, sky-high, casual and flirty bootie options. First on my wish list was a stylish bootie that’s comfy enough to work, shop, play and, you guessed it, practically live in. That hunt ended the day I met Charly! This studded ankle bootie is a fall footwear winner: cute, comfortable and extremely versatile. It’s no surprise that most of the ladies in our office have fallen for her; the styling options are endless! Jeans, skirts, dresses, shorts; you can wear her with anything! This is a style that anyone can pull off. Don’t believe me? Check out the four ways we styled Charly. Then let us know how you’d style her in the comments below.
